This policy explains what personal information Maximus Mediascape collects through this website, why we collect it and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Maximus Mediascape is registered in England and Wales (company number 15595795). Our UK address is 17 Hawthorn Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 0BA, United Kingdom. We also operate from the United Arab Emirates and India. For questions about your data, email hello@maximusmediascape.com.
What we collect
- Enquiries. What you type into our "Now it's your turn" form, plus the name, email address and phone number you choose to give us.
- Newsletter. The email address you enter in the footer sign-up.
- WhatsApp and email. Whatever you send us when you message or write to us directly.
We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, send the newsletter you signed up for and manage our client relationship. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for anything you wouldn't expect.
Lawful basis
Under UK GDPR we rely on your consent (newsletter), taking steps at your request before a contract (enquiries and proposals) and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Cookies and storage
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, the type of device and the approximate location. It sets cookies on your device and sends this information to Google. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors move around our pages, through recordings and heatmaps. It sets cookies and sends this information to Microsoft, and it hides what you type into forms.
We also use Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure how our adverts perform and to show relevant ads to people who have visited the site. Advertising cookies and identifiers from Google and Meta are only used after you press Okay on the cookie notice, and they are shared with those companies. When you send us a form, Meta may also receive a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address or phone number, only after you have pressed Okay, to match you with your Meta profile. You can manage the ads you see in Google's ad settings and in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
You can switch Google Analytics, Clarity and the advertising cookies off at any time with the button below; your choice is remembered in this browser. The site also stores small preferences in your browser (for example whether a contents panel is open), which never leave your device. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's browser add-on, or email hello@maximusmediascape.com with any question.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, form and email delivery tools. They process data on our instructions. Because we work across the UK, UAE and India, your information may be handled in those countries; we use appropriate safeguards when it is.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if we work together and need records for tax and legal reasons. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@maximusmediascape.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
