The Starter package is £999 as a one-time fee, with 50% to start and 50% on launch. Domain, hosting and business email have separate running costs charged by the provider.
02How long does it take?
About two months from kick-off to launch. Timelines depend on how quickly we can get your content and feedback, and can extend for bigger requirements.
03What do I need to provide?
Your business details, any logos or photos you already have, and a few hours across the project for feedback. We guide you through the rest.
04How many pages and revisions are included?
The package covers up to 5 pages and 2 rounds of revisions. Anything beyond that is quoted before we start so there are no surprises.
05Who owns the website?
You do. Once the final payment is made, the website and its content are yours.
06Do you guarantee rankings?
No one can honestly guarantee rankings. We build the site and set-up properly for local search and AI search, give you a clear plan and show you what to do next.
07What isn't included?
Paid advertising, extensive copywriting or photography, e-commerce or booking systems, and the running costs of domain, hosting and email. We can quote any of these separately.
08What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of support and a 90-day plan to follow. If you'd like us to keep going, we offer monthly SEO, content and care plans.
09I'm a new business with no brand yet. Is this right for me?
Yes, if you know what you offer and who it's for. Bring your business details and anything you already have, such as a logo or photos, and we shape the strategy and design plan around them. If you need a full brand identity as well, tell us and we'll quote it separately.
10Can I start small and add more later?
Yes. The Starter package covers up to 5 pages. You can add pages later, and we offer monthly care and growth plans after launch. Anything extra is quoted before we start.

A good website should not need an agency budget.
If you are starting out, or running a small business on a tight budget, you do not need a big retainer to get a good website. You need a clear plan, a site that loads fast on a phone, and someone who tells you plainly what it costs and what it does not.
That is what the Starter package is. We look at your market first, then design and build the site around your customers, set it up to be found on Google and in AI search, and hand it over so you can run it yourself. The price is fixed, you own the result, and anything outside the package is quoted before we start.
If it is not the right fit, we will say so. Tell us what you are building and we will come back with an honest plan and a start date.
